3D parts for children with special needs

The use of 3D printing isn’t just an educational tool for schools. Therefore, children in our school are engaged in a magnificent journey, with an interest in creating artificial body parts for children with special needs. 3D printing is a part of a series of actions starting with the design and sizing and ending up in a full application. Science (3D design, mechanics), social interest – taking financial needs into account – , are guiding the steps of this certain endeavour.
