Over 70% of the Earth’s surface is covered by sea. How much do we really know about it?

Athens Science Festival visitors will have the opportunity to see a real submersible, while in parallel they will explore the magic world of the oceans via a submarine simulation.

Oceanographers will show us the various organs instruments and equipment they use during diving and they will test our knowledge of marine biodiversity by inviting us to observe marine organisms invisible with the naked eye under the microscope.
