Green careers for sustainable development

The need to address climate change and to create a sustainable future has urged scientists to work on new technologies and make new discoveries. This development has transformed the job market by adding new skillsets. The opportunities that open up for students and early career professionals to study and to work on a green sector are promising and continuously growing. We will explore the different careers that exist within the green sector and some of the routes into them, with a particular focus on the UK’s higher education offering in this space. Discussion will be moderated by Maria Tsakali.
