Students study earthquakes
Ellinogermaniki Agogi and the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens have organized the “Build your own seismograph” contest for secondary education students, in the framework of the European “Open Schools for Open Societies” program, whose National Coordinator for Greece is the Institute of Educational Policy. Groups of students, in collaboration with their teachers, built an improvised seismograph and recorded the process in a presentation accompanied by audiovisual material. The top ten projects are presented by the respective school groups.
