Αttention: Fishing Net!
We are in search of ghost nets which haunt the seas, trapping fish, turtles, dolphins and other animals. How did they get there? Who is in danger because of them? What can we do? “Attention: Fishing Net!” is an educational program that aims at mobilizing children to protect the marine environment. They will research the causes and effects of ghost nets and engage in discussion with divers that carry out underwater cleanups. Inspired by the sustainability goals of the Healthy Seas Initiative, the children will create their own virtual campaign, as a solution to the problem.
