How accurately are dinosaurs depicted in the movies? and what is a dinosaur anyway? George Lyras will present the cinematic dinosaurs in a series of movies, from the Lost World (1925) till the Jurassic World Dominion (2022). He will point out some common mistakes in the dinosaur movies and will present our current scientific understanding of these iconic animals.
