Innovation in Greece

Greece has experienced a failure of its old economic model due to the recession. The consensus belief is that innovation should be pivotal in the new economic model that Greece should shape, in order to achieve sustainable and significant growth rates. This panel discussion will attempt to answer a series of questions: What are the existing challenges of the Greek innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem? What has changed during the recession? What have we learned from the successful examples of Greek startups? How will Greece be able to optimally use the Equi-fund financing mechanism in the coming years? Which are the necessary changes in the education system ?
