Social Web Observatory – NCSR Demokritos

The Social Web Observatory is a tool that “listens” to web sources and identifies information related to a set of keywords specified by the user in order to describe a topic, a person or an organisation. This content is analysed along various dimensions to extract indicators such as trends, events and sentiment that trigger relevant posts. Both context and indicators are visualised through predefined dashboards that provide information and insights on the monitored topic or entity.
