Space missions’ Technology (Age: 15-16)
What problems do we encounter whilst exploring space? Can I build a robotic arm with simple materials? Can I build a robot that only moves with solar energy like Spirit & Opportunity that explored Mars? How do modern professions relate to all the above? This STEMforYouth workshop highlights the simple principles of space technology. Participants will understand concepts of Astronomy, Applied Mechanics and Physics and will gain a positive attitude towards science, which will help them in future career guidance.
