Sustainable Business Model Idea
The workshop empowers young people 15+ and adults who have a business idea and don’t know the strategic planning steps to make it happen. Participants will work on a sustainable development concept, will be divided into groups of 3-4 people and each of these groups will focus on different building blocks of the BMC. All together will deepen, understand and agree on a common vision for the interaction of the factors of a business effort through a new, dynamic, creative and functional approach. The aim is for participants to understand how an enterprise creates, offers value and is rewarded.
