Upcycling fashion
Upcycling is the process we use to transform a waste material into a product of equal or superior value, making it reusable. In the past, our grandmothers without being aware of “recycling”, used plastic bags to create floor carpets, or rags to produce the well known fabric “kourelou”. In this workshop, you will learn how to create new garments of high aesthetic by using old materials such as fabrics and clothes. The Designer Vytinidou Maria and the students of her Fashion School will teach you how to design and sew a garment ready to be worn for your evening walk, in just one hour !
