Athens Makerspace will be at this year’s Athens Science Festival to introduce the potential of its space to all aspiring makers. Athens Makerspace provides access to equipment and tools in traditional and digital technologies such as 3D printing, laser cutting, woodworking, electronics, CNC and more. This time we’ll have the Precious Plastic machines with us! Precious Plastic is a series of machines specializing in the processing of plastic waste, for the purpose of turning them into useful products. We’ll demonstrate the machines and the participants will have the chance to operate them, with the help of our team.
