“e-Lab”: an interactive physics lab in your tablet

E-Lab is an interactive educational platform that aspires to revolutionise education. The goal of e-Lab, is to familiarise students with the basic concepts of various physical phenomena by using games as a means of learning. Through interactive games, the student will be transformed from a passive receiver of messages, to an active participant during the educational process. And of course, this will be realised without the use complex formulas and frustrating numbers; the student will learn through experience. The only prerequisite is a personal computer, a smartphone or a tablet with the Android OS installed. E-lab will be offered free of charge to Greek public and private schools in order to strengthen experiential education. For extra information… just come and try it! e-Lab is an Angelopoulos Clinton GIU Fellowship project.
