The Y-shaped fighters!

Come with us and meet the antibodies, the courageous defenders of our body! With the aid of real equipment from the laboratory of Immunology, we will learn about the techniques that allow us to study the antibodies and what kind of useful information we can get from them. We will investigate the way that antibodies function to protect our organism and how we can use them as a treatment to serious diseases. We will also have the opportunity to discuss the contribution of Immunology to public health, through major discoveries, such as vaccines.
