Giannis Altanopoulos

Giannis was born and raised in Patras. He studied Business Administration at the University of Patras and earned a master’s degree in Marketing and Communication from the Athens University of Economics and Business.

He has experience in the fields of Marketing, Communication, and Talent Development, working in sectors such as Technology, Research, Education, Retail, and Consulting Services. His research interests focus on marketing and brand management.

Giannis has extensive experience in supporting and organizing events, workshops, trainings and bootcamps with more than 120 events in Greece and abroad. He serves as a Curator at TEDxPatras and as the Executive Director of the Patras Science Festival.

Giannis is actively involved in volunteering, participating in initiatives to promote innovative ideas and science. He is also a music enthusiast, playing the piano and composing music.
