Katia Kolokathi

Katia was born and raised in Kalamata. She studied Nursing at EKPA and she has held two masters. The first one is MSc Health Informatics of EKPA, and the second one is MSc New Media and Digital Marketing of Ionian University. In addition, she is held Teaching and Pedagogical Proficiency of ASPAITE. Since 2014, she has been professionally active in various educational units. In the past, she has been a member of scientific and organizational committees of various conferences. At the same time, she has made several presentations and publications in Greek and international conferences, mainly on education topics. Furthermore, she has been an editor in volumes of proceedings. As a postgraduate student, she was a columnist in a student newspaper. In 2014, she was distinguished for her contribution to the voluntary program ‘Health Alliance’ of EKPA. Recently, she participated in various trainings about the new technologies, the social media, the science communication, the digital education and the adult education. Finally, she had been a Leader in women's empowerment seminars.
