Are you an educator and want to discover ways to make the learning process more effective and enjoyable? Artificial Intelligence provides all the modern tools to align teaching with the requirements of each learner. 

The Athens Science Festival 2023 introduces to the general public the European program augMENTOR, which aims to optimize the educational process using cutting-edge technologies. 

In the interactive workshop “Chocolates and Artificial Intelligence” educators will explore the potential offered by the “tools” of AI. We will embark on a creative journey with the ultimate destination being… chocolate! We will examine the requirements and challenges associated with redefining the learning process and see how much fun the use of AI within the classroom can be. 

The project augMENTOR consists of an international consortium with partners from 13 institutions in 9 different European countries. Focusing on the unique characteristics of each learner and providing access to big data and learning analytics, augMENTOR opens the “door” to the world of personalized learning. Educators will be able to use an artificial intelligence toolkit to better monitor the learner’s progress. At the same time, learners themselves will be able to manage their learning plans, resulting in the reconstruction of traditional roles.
