Important notes:

Children’s Workshops, Adult’s Workshops, Science Theater  and Performances take place in specific time slots which are being set by the organisational team. In case you wish to repeat any of the above activities, the ASF team will have to evaluate your request; the possibility of a repetition will depend on time and venue availability. It is important to ensure that your participation requires minimum preparation, in order to secure a smooth transition from one activity to another. In case one participation requires a specific and time-consuming preparation, the organisational team needs to be informed ahead of time to examine the feasibility of the participation.
