However, how can complex concepts and data be transformed into understandable, and even entertaining, stories?

At the Athens Science Festival 2023, through interactive workshops and seminars, students and STEM professionals will discover the “secrets” of science communication and develop creative “popularization” skills.

The Laboratory of Applied Philosophy at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens is organizing the interactive seminar “Science and Comics”. The speakers will highlight the usefulness of comics and graphic novels in education and their role in stimulating philosophical reflection.

The experienced team of www.beconsious.gr has organized the interactive workshop “Write about your science”, which focuses on scientific writing techniques. Creating infographics, podcasts, and scientific visuals for social media has never been easier!

The workshop titled “Science Storytelling: Highlight your scientific identity” will be presented by Maria-Stella Zeaki, a communication and marketing consultant. Interested researchers and entrepreneurs will be able to improve their storytelling techniques, turning their science into inspirational stories!
