“Without a degree” a stand-up comedy confession by Stelios Anatolitis

1 April, 2024 News

Do we really need to know the identity (a+b) and all the way to the square, or did we study it in vain for hours in high school? What is the use of division, if not only to split the bill at old classmates’ reunions? And the University Degree? Did you get it, or do you remain an eternal student?

Stelios Anatolitis, probably the only person who managed to get a master before a degree, comes to the Athens Science Festival with the stand-up comedy confession “Without a degree”.

In sixty minutes of a stormy monologue, Stelios will try to list all those things that make him fully qualified and at the same time absolutely unqualified to talk about science. And to explain to us why, although he failed to get his degree, for some reason he insists on dealing with Chemistry. In addition, he wants to see everyone around him get their degree, perhaps to be redeemed through them.

Funny and bittersweet at the same time, Stelios Anatolitis’ Tale of Change invites you to dive into the well-known surreal universe of the stand-up comedian. And if you don’t know him, here’s your chance to meet him at the Athens Science Festival.
