Workshops of Change for Educators: Robotics in the classroom

9 April, 2024 News

As much as we love books, we also (love to) hate memorization! That’s why we’re so excited to welcome Robotics to the classroom in the Athens Science Festival. The Workshops of Change for Educators aim to introduce you to the world of robots and give you the opportunity to explore their potential and discover how you can integrate them into your teaching.

At the same time, in the workshop “Build your own Sumo Robot from scratch!” by coLab Makerspace, you will get to know the new trends in 3D Printing hardware and Open Source software. And inspired by the popular in Europe, America, and Asia “mini sumo” competition Robotics category, you will build your own moving robot, taking advantage of open technologies.
